How a Party at The Attic generally works:

We can adjust with each party as needed, so please call to discuss options, but the general framework for the Private Rooms is as follows:

The Host will help choose a limited menu.

Appetizers: These are easy enough they can be done to order, or some events choose to have 3 of ___, 3 of ___, 3 of ____. Or any combination/number. Soups: Soups (with the exception of French Onion Soup) can be offered as a first course (this is not normal, but may be available.) Salads: Side Salads are $2.50 and can either be automatically added as a first course, can be listed as an option for guests to choose if they want one, or can be listed not at all. We serve Bread and Olive Oil with Balsamic Vinegar and Cracked Pepper. Normally served with Salads, Bread can be served at any point the host chooses.

Entrees: -One Steak Option -One Seafood Option -One Pasta Option *Special accommodations can be given to individuals with dietary specifications.

A typical menu looks like -Ribeye -Salmon -Chicken Parmesan

Sides: We normally do a Half Order of Mashed Garlic Potatoes and a Half Order of Steamed Broccoli with the Entrees that would come with a side. If other sides are desired, that can be discussed.

Desserts: Like Appetizers, we normally can offer a full dessert menu. We do have a $2.50/person outside dessert fee if choosing to bring your own dessert.

Alcohol: We can be very flexible with alcohol, but what we normally see are between the following three options: 1) Open Bar - the host pays for all alcohol 2) Cash Bar - the host pays for all non-alcoholic beverages but the guests cover their own alcohol 3) Wine/Beer Tickets - The host pays for 1 wine or beer per guest and they will have a ticket at their place setting. They can bring to the bar to redeem, and then if more is desired after the first, the guest would then cover those additional drinks Again, we can accommodate most requests, these are just the typical options.

    -$100 Room Rental

    $25/bottle corkage fee for outside Wine

    $2.50/person fee for outside Desserts

  • Finger Foods

    -$75 Per Hour Room Rental

    Appetizers, wraps, sandwiches - whatever finger foods or light snacks you would like for your mid-afternoon engagement party or mid-morning baby shower.

  • Meeting Space Only

    For $100 Per Hour, if you’re needing a space where up to 40 can meet together but you’re not needing food served, let us provide the place for you!
